The Fernwood Foundation has partnered with Deakin University to develop a scientific, evidence-based physical and mental wellbeing program for women with anxiety and depression.
The key focus of this resource is improving mental wellbeing through physical exercise, mindset activities, emotional intelligence training, coping mechanisms to reduce stress and improvement in nutrition with a Mediterranean-style diet.
The delivery of this program will begin in early 2019, online and face-to-face.
